Some of What you will do:
- Work hand in hand with our customers to customize and find the perfect hat for their needs
- Work and track inventory of hats, bags and other accessories
- Assist us with getting the finances and reporting to help expand our business in the way it needs to grow
- Design and create products such as hatbands, jewelry, and simple hatmaking tasks.
- Work with your hands in steaming and working on hats daily.
Skills We Desire
- Experience in working with a high-end retailer or art gallery a plus!
- Handy with tools or the desire to learn! Self-starter and motivated to grow, learn, and your own initiative.

Online Sales and Marketing Associate
Job Description:
As the Sales and Marketing Associate, you will work with the owners to further develop and implement a marketing plan, both for online sales and extending the brick and mortar store sales through social media and reaching out to locals and tourist. This position will be held at our retail store and will be in tandem as a sales associate working with our customers to find their perfect custom hat.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Further develop email marketing and web development to best take care of new and existing customers
- Develop and implement a local outreach strategy to extend our brick n mortar to the whole of Sedona and the surrounding area.
- Further develop the outreach to the tourism market.
- Sure up web processes to extend our online sales and create marketing materials and emails to gain excitement for our custom products.
- Work with customers as they come in the retail to guide them to the right hat just for them, including customizing.
- Plan and implement a Social Media plan
- Work with locals and owners for photography to increase materials for all media outlets.
- Editing and making videos and photo collages
Skills We Desire
- Experience in web design (Shopify platform preferred) and management
- Experience and proven track record of increasing social media for a brand
- Email Marketing and design
- Great attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects at a time
- Excellent customer service

Production Associate
Job Description:
Ever thought of yourself as a maker? Well, we can help make that happen! Work hand in hand with Charlie in all aspects of design, making and bringing our beautiful hats to life! This position is located. in Cornville at our outdoor workshop in the middle of a forested paradise! We will fully train for this position.
Some of What you will do:
-Work hand in hand with Charlie and April in making hats from beginning to end.
- Sewing, sanding, running the hat machines, Cutting, leather work, dyeing, molding, blocking, curing, and any other task needed with the hat making process.
- Hatband creation - leatherwork and sewing and design and creation to further develop our hatband line.
- Shipping and receiving - making boxes, shipping hats, and preparing to ship.
- Full workshop needs - varies per day!
Skills We Desire
- The Desire to learn! We will fully train for this position
- Sewing skills a bonus
- Leather working skills a bonus
- Artistry skills are a bonus!
